Identifying and communicating underlying themes has been our secret recipe for successful consultancy engagements. In summary, an impact is a complicated story that needs to be understood and well delivered.

Data collectors are our eyes and ears. We train them as we go. We provide feedback and double-check. We validate and conduct random checks. We centralize tool development and data entry and decentralize supervisory and site visits. We headhunt and share resources, as well as outsource to subject matter experts.
